About Us

Richard and Sharon Hampton live in Austin, Texas and have been reaching out to Muslims since 2011, first with Saudi Arabians in Austin for a special English program and then with refugees and immigrants from Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Algeria, Iran and Turkey. They also serve with the Navigators in their mission called The Nations Within.

Sharon leads an ESL ministry to refugee women called English Language Ambassadors where volunteers teach refugee women in their homes or apartments. This allows for a deeper relationship to develop between the refugee woman and her Christian teachers. Once trust has been built, the volunteers begin to have the freedom to share about the love of Jesus. Richard leads the Nations Within team and has a group of men who meet regularly to pray and discuss strategies to reach Muslim men through friendship, food truck ministry, sports, etc.

Richard and Sharon greatly desire to come alongside the local church and mobilize them for outreach to Muslims. They want to equip people to understand the Muslim worldview and learn how to share Christ in a loving way.
