About Us

Bridge Builders Network is a faith-based network of individuals, churches, and non-profits, rooted in their relationship with Christ, who seek to build bridges of friendship and understanding among Muslims and Christians through service, education, and prayer.

In recent years, San Diego has been one of the top resettlement cities in the nation for refugees seeking safety and a new start. It's not just a distant issue.

According to the Migration Policy Institute, 85% of refugees in the nation from the last decade come from either Christian or Muslim backgrounds.

Almost 3,000 refugees from Afghanistan were accepted by San Diego County during the 2021-2022 fiscal year.
